Role Description:
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent/Staff Producer for the Wayne Gunn State Farm Agency, your role is crucial to the day-to-day operations of our business and the success of our customers. You will help expand our agency by cultivating meaningful customer relationships and serving as a bridge between customer needs and our agency’s various departments. Your efforts in proactively marketing relevant products and services will contribute to improving the lives of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Information: Offer detailed information about insurance products and services to potential and current customers.
- Assist with Policies: Aid customers in the application process for new policies and the renewal of existing ones.
- Customer Inquiries: Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
